The largest event room is located on Level 5. As a flexible venue, the room can be divided into two or three function rooms and set in a variety of ways to accommodate breakfast, lunches, dinners, conferences and cocktail style events.

LEVEL 6

Level 6 is a copy of level 5 but a little more intimate inside with all the same amenities and style but with a larger accessible balcony with those same spectacular views. Ideal for all styles of events both day and night.

LEVEL 7

Two fully equipped Boardrooms are available on Level 7, which are perfect for meetings of up to 20 people in each room along with the best view in Perth.

The entire top floor can be opened out to accommodate 100 people for cocktail style events with access to the largest private balcony with simply greatest views of the Swan River, Government House Gardens, and the CBD. Perfect for those Summer Sundowners.
